⛰️ Our team-building activity, a journey to conquer the clouds, began with a trip to Mount Hua, known as "the most precipitous mountain under heaven." Steep stone steps and winding, treacherous paths did not deter us—we supported and encouraged each other, some leading the way, others cheering us on, our journey a mix of sweat and laughter. When we finally reached the summit, overlooking the entire panorama of the five peaks, with the surging sea of clouds unfolding like a painting beneath our feet, all our fatigue transformed into the glory of reaching the top. Just like our journey of exploration in the field of optics, as long as we work together with one heart and one mind, undaunted by challenges, we will eventually overcome difficulties and see even more magnificent scenery.
❄️ Encountering Taibai Mountain, Enjoying the Serenity of Mountain Hot Springs Leaving behind the grandeur of Huashan Mountain, we headed to the summit of Taibai Mountain in the Qinling Mountains. In April, the peaks of Taibai Mountain are still covered with lingering snow, the new green of spring mountains contrasting with the remaining winter snow, creating a unique and romantic springtime scene. We strolled through the mountains, breathing in the fresh air filled with the fragrance of grass and trees, watching the clouds drift across the peaks, and feeling the vastness and healing power of nature. After nightfall, we soaked in the hot springs at the foot of the mountain, letting the warm water wash away the fatigue of the climb, listening to the gentle rustling of the forest wind, watching the starlight twinkle in the night sky, shedding all our stress in the mountains and finding relaxation and freedom again.
🏯 Tracing the footsteps of Chang'an, touching the millennia-old cultural heritage, beneath the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, we strolled among the ancient buildings, watching the eaves reflect the setting sun, listening to the wind chimes whispering tales of Chang'an's past. These buildings, bearing a thousand years of history, not only allowed us to appreciate the profound heritage of the ancient capital, but also helped us understand the meaning of "perseverance" and "inheritance"—this dedication is precisely the original aspiration that Zhixing Optics has always upheld on its path of technological research and development.
🍜 Savoring the flavors of life, sharing a culinary feast, the joy of team building is never complete without the warmth of everyday life. Together, we unlocked the authentic flavors of Xi'an: the crispiness of roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), the chewiness of biangbiang noodles, and the richness of yangrou paomo (mutton stew with bread), allowing our taste buds to embark on a journey to Chang'an. Sitting around a table, we shed the constraints of work, chatted about daily life, and shared interesting stories. There were no distances of position, only the sincerity and warmth between partners. Amidst laughter and joy, the team's cohesion quietly grew stronger, and we came to understand even more that the camaraderie of fighting side by side extends beyond the laboratory and workstations, and is found in the daily companionship amidst the everyday life of ordinary people.
The four-day trip was short yet heartwarming. We witnessed the same sea of clouds, soaked in the same hot springs, walked the same ancient path, and shared the same delicious food. This team-building activity not only allowed us to relax and heal amidst nature and culture, but also brought the Zhixing Optics team closer together and strengthened our resolve.
In the future, we will carry this warmth and courage of traveling side by side, transforming the gains from the journey into motivation, continuing to use light as a medium, striving for excellence, and embarking on a broader journey together!
