Dr. Guo pointed out that with the iteration of smartphones, smart wearables, automotive LiDAR, and AI vision hardware, the industry's demand for aspherical surfaces, especially glass-molded aspherical surfaces, is increasing. The high value and volatility of glass-molded aspherical surfaces pose new requirements for detection efficiency. Zhixing Optics, leveraging its self-developed Computer Holography (CGH) technology, is committed to providing high-efficiency, high-precision automated detection solutions for these fields.
Subsequently, the exchange entered a technical "hardcore" phase. The two sides conducted a special discussion on data benchmarking for different spatial frequency errors encountered in the detection of large-aperture aspherical surfaces, especially in the nanometer-scale surface shape detection involved in the semiconductor industry. Regarding the impact of mid-to-high frequency ripple on imaging quality, Zhixing Optics demonstrated its data stability under 6nm RMS precision control and conducted an in-depth comparison and verification with the measurement results of the UA3P. The Panasonic team highly praised Zhixing Optics' innovative practices in complex wavefront analysis and automated closed-loop equipment adjustment, believing that the complementarity between Zhixing Optics' CGH technology and UA3P's contact measurement in the data link will provide a more complete closed loop for precision optical manufacturing.
